Our staff will ensure that your family is educated about both care options prior to matching you with a dependable, responsible caregiver, that we would be proud to use in our home. You will decide whether permanent, temporary, or occassional placement is right for your family and explore the differences of private and group care. You will be given time to make a sound decision.
Caregivers are eighteen years of age or older, have reliable transportation, and are screened and personally interviewed for your safety. It is the policy of this organization to request and check relevant references which include information on character, general reputation, personal characteristics, driving record, police record, and past employment.
Family First Solutions also operates a registered family child care home "Little Hearts" in Madison, NJ which offers group care for young children. Call (973) 223 - 9649 to request an application, visit, and answer any questions. All Employees of the family child care home exceed state requirements and have experience with children of all ages. All staff attend early childhood trainings and workshops regularly. CPR and First Aide certifications are mandatory.Our sponsoring agency is Child and Family Resources of Morris County.
